NAMIBIAN Afrikaans rapper Ixa Adonis recently teamed up with Cape Town-based South African Music Awards nominated artist Jodi Jantjies to reinvent his song ‘Volkslied’.
The song addresses the discrimination faced by the Coloured community, including the abuse of drugs, which Ixa asserts there is an urgent need to address.
He says the community must stand up for themselves and no longer accept poor treatment.
