GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Artist Abdoulaye Conde has won the ArtPrize 2023 public vote grand prize for ‘Raining Wisdom,’ a massive, bright and colorful mural depicting elephants in the African wilderness that captured the attention and imagination of festival attendees.
