
If you go see the African Children’s Choir perform at the Rocky Mountain Community Church in Billings on Saturday at 7 p.m., you’ll definitely be entertained. But you might feel something a little deeper than that.
The entertainment part is easy. The kids — there are 20 of them, 10 boys and 10 girls, all between the ages of 7 and 10 — perform for 80 minutes, a set list that includes hymns and African music, as well as a drum piece and a traditional dance number. Every song is choreographed.
