Ngumuya unveils “Mfumu ya Mafumu,” celebrating four decades of gospel music

Malawi’s gospel icon, Allan Ngumuya, is set to release his 15th studio album, Mfumu ya Mafumu, a milestone marking over 40 years in the music industry.

Contrary to rumors of a hiatus, Ngumuya has been continuously producing and releasing music since 2014, even during his tenure in public office.

Following his parliamentary victory in 2014, he released Oosankhidwa Ake in 2015, signaling that his musical journey remained uninterrupted.

Between 2018 and 2019, Ngumuya released The Best of Me, a two-album compilation celebrating his earlier works.
