The world’s biggest amapiano music festival can go ahead in Little Hadham, despite concerns raised by residents, East Herts Council has ruled.
AMA Fest’s organisers will make Silver Leys Polo Club their home in 2023 on Saturday September 2, after previous events at the South of England Showground in Sussex and La Palm Royal Beach in Accra, Ghana.
Amapiano is a subgenre of house and Kwaito music that started in South Africa. It is a hybrid of deep house, jazz and lounge music that features synths and percussive basslines.
