Diana Hamilton was born in Kumasi, Ghana, to Apostle Felix Antwi and Mrs. Comfort Antwi, a former Executive Council Member of the Church of Pentecost. She is the third of eight siblings. She completed her basic education at Morning Star School in Cantonments, Accra, and continued her secondary education at Ghana National College in Cape Coast. Pursuing her passion for healthcare, she studied and practiced nursing at Komfo Anokye Nursing College in Kumasi.
