Diana Hamilton was born in Kumasi, Ghana, to Apostle Felix Antwi and Mrs. Comfort Antwi, a former Executive Council Member of the Church of Pentecost. She is the third of eight siblings. She completed her basic education at Morning Star School in Cantonments, Accra, and continued her secondary education at Ghana National College in Cape Coast. Pursuing her passion for healthcare, she studied and practiced nursing at Komfo Anokye Nursing College in Kumasi. ​

Diana’s musical journey began at the age of 13 when she served as a backing vocalist for renowned Ghanaian gospel musician Francis Agyei. This early exposure to music laid the foundation for her future career in gospel music. ​

In 2007, Diana released her debut album titled Ɔsoro bɛkasa (Heaven will speak), which received significant airplay and introduced her to the Ghanaian gospel music scene. Her second album, Ensi wo yie (May it be well with you), released in 2010, further established her presence in the industry. Subsequent albums include:
